Stephen Baldwin facing tax evasion charges in NY

Walker/Getty Images NEW CITY, N.Y. Actor Stephen Baldwin has joined the list of stars with tax troubles. The 46-year-old actor and father of two has been charged with failing to file New York state income taxes for three years. Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe says Baldwin, who lives in Upper Grandview, skipped his taxes in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and owes more than $350,000 in taxes and penalties. He says Baldwin was arraigned Thursday on a charge of repeated failure to file tax returns. Baldwin pleaded not guilty and was released without bail. Baldwin's lawyer, Russell Yankwitt, said his client should not have been charged.
